I have been cooking, as an amateur, for years. I really like baking. There is something Zen about baking and a lot of satisfaction when everything works. For a while, before COVID, I was doing a different type of cookie every week to pair with craft beers. The cookies were so appreciated that the Bar Manager approached me about making it a regular event.

I have some great assistants that help out from time to time. We have AnnieAtFSU, who is a cook in her own right, and loves making dips. We also have LadyDi, who is jokingly my Sous Chef or partner in crime. Annie and Di will provide write ups from time to time.
