This is an interesting little cookie. It’s like a macaroon, but doesn’t follow the typical recipe. Can probably be adapted to a Almond Joy or Pina Colada cookie.

Cinnamon Clove Biscotti is a nice sweet spicy crunchy cookie that goes well with coffee, hot chocolate, or other hot breakfast drinks. It’s an easy and forgiving recipe, but takes a bit of time to make.
