This is an interesting little cookie. It’s like a macaroon, but doesn’t follow the typical recipe. Can probably be adapted to a Almond Joy or Pina Colada cookie.

Chocolate Walnut Cookie

Shortbread Cookie with Bacon
This cookie is delicate, melts in your mouth, and is bursting with flavor. The use of bacon through out the cookie makes for an interesting play on sweet and savory.

Cinnamon Clove Biscotti
Cinnamon Clove Biscotti is a nice sweet spicy crunchy cookie that goes well with coffee, hot chocolate, or other hot breakfast drinks. It’s an easy and forgiving recipe, but takes a bit of time to make.

Chocolate Orange Chew
This week’s cookie is a Chocolate Orange Chew. The cookie is slightly chewy with a dominant chocolate flavor and hints of orange.
